Terms of Service

Lenjusu is operated by Tech BSS Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Tech BSS Ltd. References to "you" mean anyone who creates an account or uses the platform.

By using Lenjusu you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lenjusu. The platform is intended for people operating in a professional or business context — it is not a consumer service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens on your account. Please use a strong, unique password.

One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent a suspension or earn extra signup tokens is not allowed.

You must provide a valid email address. We use it only for authentication and notifications — never sold or shared with third parties.

Lenjusu is a platform that connects people with problems they can't raise internally to experienced professionals who respond with their perspective.

Responses on Lenjusu are opinions, not professional advice.

Nothing posted by any user — including Experts — constitutes legal, financial, medical, or any other regulated professional advice. Do not treat it as such. We take no responsibility for decisions you make based on responses you receive. If your situation requires formal professional advice, seek it.

You own the content you post. By posting it, you grant us a licence to store, display, and deliver it to other users as part of the service.

You must not post content that:

• Contains personal information about a third party that could identify them
• Is defamatory, harassing, or intended to harm another person
• Involves illegal activity or promotes it
• Is spam, AI-generated filler, or otherwise designed to game the token system
• Violates confidentiality obligations you have to your employer or clients — it is your responsibility to ensure you are not disclosing proprietary or protected information

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Problems you post are permanently anonymous — your identity is never linked to them in any public response. This is enforced at the code level.

Anonymity does not mean immunity. If we receive a valid legal request (e.g. a court order) or have reasonable grounds to believe a post involves serious harm or illegal activity, we may be required to investigate or disclose information.

Tokens are the in-platform currency. You receive 10 tokens on signup. Tokens can be purchased, earned by having solutions accepted or unlocked, and spent to post solutions.

• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money
• Tokens are non-transferable except through the platform's normal mechanics (accept, unlock, tip)
• We reserve the right to adjust token balances in cases of abuse or technical error

Token packs are purchased through Stripe. All prices are in GBP and include VAT.

Token purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on token packs once purchased, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@lenjusu.com.

Stripe processes payments — we do not store your card details. See stripe.com/privacy for Stripe's data practices.

Any user (other than the solver themselves) can flag a response they believe violates these terms, including the problem owner. Flagging costs 1 token as a deposit.

An admin will review the flag and either uphold it (response removed, deposit refunded) or dismiss it (response stays, deposit forfeited). Admin decisions are final.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to manipulate the token economy.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. On deletion, your personal data is removed. Content you posted (problems, solutions) may be retained in anonymised or aggregate form.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech BSS Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from reliance on advice or responses posted by other users.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in tokens in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

For significant changes we will notify you by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
