Frequently asked questions
How Lenjusu works and who it is for.
Why use Lenjusu?
Some problems can't be raised openly — not with your team, your manager, or your board. Lenjusu lets you describe what's really happening, anonymously, and get a response from experienced professionals who've actually dealt with similar situations.
You get honest, specific advice without your name or your company being attached to it. No consultancy sales process. No LinkedIn optics. Just the answer, from someone who knows.
What is a Seeker?
A Seeker is someone who posts a problem. Your identity is never linked to what you post — not your name, not your company, not your role. The platform knows who you are so it can manage tokens and replies, but nobody else does.
Seekers stay anonymous throughout the entire process. You get 10 free tokens when you sign up, and posting a problem is free.
What is an Expert?
An Expert is someone who responds to problems. Experts build a visible profile — display name, bio, and areas of expertise — and earn tokens when their responses are unlocked or accepted.
Experts prove their value through the quality of their thinking, not their job title. The best ones build a track record of accepted solutions that speaks for itself.
Can I be both a Seeker and an Expert?
Yes. The same account works for both roles. When you post a problem, you are anonymous. When you respond to someone else's problem, your Expert profile is visible to the Seeker.
The two roles never overlap on the same problem — you cannot respond to your own problem.
How do I speak to a Seeker before posting a solution?
Every problem page has a Questions section where you can ask a clarifying question before deciding whether to respond. The Seeker sees it privately first. Once they answer, the question and answer become visible to all Experts on that problem.
This is useful if you need more context before committing a token to post a full response. There is no cost to ask a clarifying question.
How can I find the contact details for a Seeker?
You cannot — and that is by design. Seeker anonymity is the foundation of this platform. Their identity is never stored against their problem, and no contact details are ever visible to Experts.
If a Seeker wants to engage with you directly, they accept your solution. That opens a private Follow-up Chat between the two of you, where contact details can be exchanged if both parties choose to.
What do I do if I want to employ an Expert beyond the question they answered?
Accept their solution. Accepting opens a private Follow-up Chat between you and the Expert. You can use that conversation to discuss scope, agree on work, share contact details, or take things off-platform entirely.
Lenjusu is designed to get you to that conversation. What happens after is between you and the Expert.
